Dr. Engler's NYC Office

The office, which is located at 122 E 64th Street (between Park and Lexington Avenues) in New York City, contains a fully equipped surgical facility which is accredited by the American Association for the Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgical Facilities (AAAASF). Most procedures are performed here under local anesthesia and intravenous sedation. Some procedures, such as breast reductions, are routinely performed in a hospital. Any procedure, however, can be performed in a hospital, according to the patient's and / or surgeon's preferences.

Dr. Engler has admitting and operating medical privileges at Beth Israel Medical Center and at Montefiore Medical Center. Dr. Engler's operating privileges at these hospitals include all of the surgical procedures that are performed in the office.
