I do not believe there are enough words to express to you and your marvelous staff Missy, Amy, Lee, Lauren, Susan, Stanley and Dr. Kemerer how wonderful my experience was (except for the pain, of course!). Even that being said, you and your staff were there for me everyday. I applaud each and every one of you for your superb professionalism and service.
My little grandbaby Jayla (aka Nurse Jayla) was so impressed that she wanted to work at your office. That is coming from a 4 year old!
Not only is there a difference in my physical appearance; my emotions are soaring as well.

I wanted to send out a special thank you for the amazing job you did on my surgery. I am now 6 months post-op and I have been very satisfied with the results. When I came to you about getting a breast reduction, I had so much anxiety about what the end result would be. After seeing multiple post-op pictures of patients that you have done previously, I decided to go with the surgery. You were absolutely wonderful before and after the procedure and immediately contactable when I had questions. The results are now beyond my expectations and I cannot wait to go to the beach so I can wear my new bikini.
You have demonstrated yourself to be a dedicated and professional surgeon as well as incredibly skillful and competent in the eyes of staff and patients. As a surgical nurse, I can now say that I have personally benefited under the hands of the most qualified plastic surgeon that I have ever known.

I just wanted to drop you a quick note to let you know IĖm amazed with my results so far. Since I saw you last appointment IĖve gotten smaller (you were right it does just starting dropping off) and I canĖt believe that shape that I am seeing. I might actually get my pre-wedding, pre-pregnancy figure back. My body looks almost as good as I did in my early twenties. So I wanted to thank you for that. For while I didnĖt believe I was ever going to look that good again.
I also wanted to tell you how impressed I am with your follow-up and calling the night of surgery, etc. That is SO RARE to find and I wish there were more out there like you!

7-1-2004: Dearest Dr. Ronan,
ItĖs been almost 6 months since my surgery and I feel bad that it has taken me so long to send you this 'thank you.' Wow!!!!! Is the first word that comes to mind and then... Unbelievable! I canĖt begin to tell you how everyday is better and IĖm about as confident as I can be. We bought a ski boat and I must be the oldest lady out there wakeboarding. IĖm working out and with the liposuction done around my trunk it had left me with a great butt, with a shelf, something that I have always wanted this was a real bonus and surprise. I have always had a flat butt and now it looks like I had a lift. I can say that it was worth every dime and any pain that I had to endure. IĖm looking forward to a facelift and my breasts being done in the future. I would not think of going to another Doctor than Dr. Ronan and recommend him to all. Many thanks!!! My husband says that I get smaller everyday. I went from a tight size 8 to a loose size 6 and in many styles a size 4 ~ wow!!!! Thank you so much.

Like so many that consider cosmetic surgery, I knew what I wanted as an outcome. However, I had no idea of the road that I would have to travel to reach that destination. I would consider myself fortunate to have found you.
From the initial call, your receptionist was both professional and warm. When I told her what I wanted, she laughed with me and I felt comfortable. It only got better as I was transferred to your patient coordinator, who listened and answered all my questions. What gems they are and they represent you very well. They were always so gracious when I called and needed assistance. Their honesty and candor served me well. Their willingness to share their own experiences was so appreciated. I knew what to except and there were no surprises. Thank you.
I also want to thank you for your easy way of interacting with me. Thank you Dr. Ronan. I am so pleased with the results of my procedure. I feel good. PERIOD. 9-12-2003: Dear Dr. Ronan,
I just wanted to drop you a short note and let you know how wonderful I feel and look thanks to you and your wonderful staff. Today is my 34th anniversary and I look and feel better than I did on the day I was married. I know when I look in the mirror how great I look, because of your wonderful work you did. I just wanted to thank you again and will see you on October 16. October 14th I will be 56 but I look 20 years younger with this body.
