I am a 45 year old mother of 4. After giving birth, the skin on my stomach never seemed to fit. I tried diet and exercise for years but nothing ever changed. I decided to consult with Dr. Williams from "The Plastic Surgery Group". He and the staff were extremely helpful and explained th procedure I was interested in. I had a tummy tuck with liposuction. After surgery Dr. Williams and his nurse were so caring. I now have the stomach of a 16 year old. "No Kidding". I bought a bikini for this summer. I haven't done that in twenty years. My 28 year old daughter says she won't go to the pool with me this year because people may not believe i'm her mother. I feel like a million dollars. It's the best thing I've ever done for myself. Dear Dr. Columbus and Staff: From the very first appointment, I felt welcomed and comfortable in your office. All of your staff is very friendly and not a bit pretentious (I have been to other offices that are!). I never felt uncomfortable during the entire process. I called and asked Theresa many questions prior to and after my surgery. She would always get back to me promptly (usually the same day) and with the information I needed. Beth, your nurse, was wonderful and made me feel comfortable at every appointment. She was extremely friendly and helpful. The day of the surgery, I was quite nervous but everyone in the surgery center was polite, answered all my questions and were friendly toward both me and my husband (this doesn't always happen). It helped calm my nerves and get more excited about what was to take place. As for Dr. Columbus, you are truly an artist and a bit of a comedian. You and my husband seemed to hit it off at my expense! I think I remember the two of you talking about putting 400cc in one breast and 550 in the other. After all, it was April Fool's Day! (I think I had a nightmare about it during surgery!) I'm very pleased with the procedure and I couldn't be happier with the results. Dr. Columbus, you truly take care of people not just "do the surgery". There are not many doctors' left like that. Again, thank you to you and your staff for everything. There is no other place I would go to after this experience and I will be referring my friends/family to your facility.
